A CRM Calendar That Keeps Your Team on Schedule

Plan meetings, visits and internal events inside the same system as your leads, invite the right colleagues, and let AliveCRM remind everyone before it starts.

The short answer

What does the AliveCRM calendar do?

The AliveCRM calendar is a shared team calendar inside your CRM. You create events with a time, location and description, invite colleagues as guests, and AliveCRM sends each person an in-app notification and an email reminder 30 minutes before. Events stay private to the organiser, invited guests and admins.

It sits next to your lead follow-ups rather than replacing them. Follow-ups are reminders attached to a lead; the calendar is for the meetings, visits and team events that fill the working week around those leads.

Why a separate calendar app falls short

  • Meetings are booked in personal calendars nobody else can see.
  • A colleague is double-booked for the same afternoon.
  • Invites go out on chat and get lost.
  • Managers cannot see what the team has planned this week.
How It Works

From Plan to Reminder

An event is created, shared and remembered in one place.

  1. 01Create event
  2. 02Invite guests
  3. 03Guests notified
  4. 04Reminder sent
  5. 05Meeting happens
Events

Schedule Events in Seconds

Add a title, start and end time, or mark the event as all day. Include a location, a meeting link and a description so guests have everything they need. Label each event as Business, Personal, Family, Holiday or Other to keep the month readable at a glance.

Guests

Invite Colleagues as Guests

Add teammates from your company as guests and each one receives an in-app invitation. If the time changes, guests get an update automatically, so nobody turns up to a meeting that moved. Only the organiser or an admin can edit an event, which stops accidental changes.

Privacy

Private by Default

An event is visible to the person who created it, the guests on it and company admins. Everyone else sees nothing. That makes the calendar safe for one-to-one reviews, personal appointments and sensitive client meetings without a separate private calendar.

Reminders

Reminders Before Every Event

AliveCRM sends an email and an in-app notification 30 minutes before a timed event starts. All-day events get their reminder in the morning of the day itself. Guests see the same reminder, so everyone arrives prepared.

Who It Is For

Who Uses the CRM Calendar

Sales teams

Plan client meetings and demos where colleagues can see them, and invite a second rep or a manager in a couple of clicks.

Field and visit teams

Record the address and time of each visit so the person going out has the details on their phone before leaving.

Admins and owners

Admins can see every event in the company, which makes it easy to check workload and spot clashes across the team.

Honest limits

What the Calendar Does Not Do

Events are not linked to individual leads, so a reminder to call a lead belongs on the lead as a follow-up. Guests must be users in your company; you cannot invite customers by email from the calendar. There are no recurring events and no sync with Google Calendar or Outlook. The calendar is included on selected paid plans; see pricing for details.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can see an event in the AliveCRM calendar?

Only the organiser, the colleagues invited as guests and company admins. Other users in the company cannot see the event at all. Only the organiser or an admin can edit or delete it, which keeps one-to-one meetings and personal appointments private while still letting managers oversee the team.

Does the calendar send reminders?

Yes. Every guest and the organiser receive an email and an in-app notification 30 minutes before a timed event. All-day events send their reminder in the morning of that day.

Can I invite customers to a calendar event?

Not from the calendar. Guests are users in your own company account, and they get an in-app invitation plus an update if the time changes. For customer meetings, add the meeting details to the event for your team and contact the customer from their lead record.

How is the calendar different from follow-up reminders?

Follow-up reminders live on a lead and tell its owner when to call or message that customer next. The calendar holds team events such as meetings, demos and visits, with guests and locations. Use both together: the follow-up for the lead, the calendar for the time it takes.

Does it sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?

No. The AliveCRM calendar is self-contained and does not sync with external calendars today. Events, guests and reminders all live inside AliveCRM, so everything your team plans around its leads stays in the same system as the leads themselves.
