Quotations and Invoices
A CRM With Quotations and Invoices Built Into Every Lead
Quote straight from the enquiry, turn the accepted quote into an invoice in one click, and keep both on the lead where your team can find them.
The short answer
What is a CRM with quotation and invoice?
A CRM with quotation and invoice lets you price a deal on the same record as the enquiry. In AliveCRM you open a lead, add line items, a discount and tax, download the quotation as a PDF, and convert it into an invoice when the customer says yes. It is included on the Advance and Premium plans.
Small teams often quote from a Word template or a spreadsheet, then lose track of which version went to whom. When the quote lives on the lead, anyone can see what was offered, what was accepted and what has been paid.

What This Feature Does Not Do
Quotations and invoices in AliveCRM are built for sending prices and requesting payment on a lead. They are not accounting software. Today:
- Documents are downloaded as PDFs; AliveCRM does not email them to the customer for you.
- Tax is one rate for the whole document, not per line, with no HSN or SAC codes.
- Statuses such as Paid and Overdue are set by hand; there are no online payments or automatic reminders.
- There is no company-wide invoice list or outstanding report, and no sync with accounting tools.

Not yet. The quotation opens as a PDF that you download and send by email or WhatsApp yourself. Keep the status up to date, Sent, Accepted or Rejected, so the team knows where it stands.
Each document can be in INR, USD, AED, EUR or GBP. INR is the default. The currency is set per document, so one company can quote Indian and overseas customers.
No. Every quotation and invoice belongs to a lead, which keeps the price next to the enquiry, notes and follow-ups. For a repeat customer, add them as a lead first, then quote.
