What the Calendar Does Not Do

Events are not linked to individual leads, so a reminder to call a particular customer belongs on that lead as a follow-up. Guests must be users in your company, so you cannot invite a client from the calendar. There are no recurring events and no sync with Google Calendar or Outlook. The calendar is included on selected paid plans.

Does the CRM calendar send reminders?

Yes. The organiser and every guest get an in-app reminder 30 minutes before a timed event, and all-day events are reminded on the morning of that day. Event reminders arrive in-app and by email. Lead follow-up reminders are separate and also reach your phone as push alerts through the Android app.

Who can see an event in the calendar?

Can I invite a client to a calendar event?

A follow-up reminder lives on a lead and tells its owner when to call or message that customer next. The calendar holds team events such as site visits, demos and reviews, with guests and a location. Most teams use both: the follow-up for the customer, the calendar for the time it takes.

Does it sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
